Meet the Founders
Ethan Zachman - Co-Founder
Ethan Zachman, co-founder of Fozeman Construction, brings over a decade of proven success and leadership in the construction industry to the Fozeman team. Before pursuing his entrepreneurial vision in 2025, Ethan built a distinguished career as a Senior Project Manager and member of the Senior Leadership Team at a top-tier national contractor based in Missouri. There, he developed extensive expertise in managing complex projects, fostering client relationships, and leading high-performing teams.
Throughout his career, Ethan has successfully overseen projects ranging from $1 million to $75 million across a broad spectrum of market sectors, including multifamily housing, senior living, site work, retail, natatoriums, restaurant spaces, and industrial facilities. Ethan’s intense client focus, strong project leadership, and unwavering commitment to transparency, exemplify the core values and standard of excellence that define Fozeman Construction. His strategic vision and operational expertise continue to shape the company’s growth and success in the commercial construction market.
Ethan earned his B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2013, equipping him with a strong foundation in both technical construction skills and business management principles.
Aaron Fosha - Co-Founder
Aaron Fosha, co-founder of Fozeman Construction, brings more than a decade of commercial construction experience to the team. A third-generation commercial construction superintendent, Aaron has built a strong foundation across a wide range of sectors, including multi-family, senior living, retail, sitework, childcare, and multi-purpose facilities. His background in both ground-up and renovation projects reflects the market versatility he brings to the company.
With extensive experience overseeing projects up to $45 million, Aaron has developed expertise in scheduling, quality control, and personnel management—skills that make him a critical leader in the daily management of field operations. Known for his dedication to safety, customer satisfaction, and relationship building, Aaron exemplifies the culture and vision that drive Fozeman Construction.
Aaron earned his B.S. in Construction Management with a minor in Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2019. Prior to co-founding Fozeman Construction, he worked for leading national and local contractors, further honing the expertise he now brings to every project.
