Meet the Founders
Ethan Zachman
With over a decade of successful construction leadership, Ethan brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to Fozeman Construction. Prior to co-founding Fozeman, he served as a Senior Project Manager and part of the Senior Leadership Team at one of Missouri's top-tier construction firms. Ethan has managed projects ranging from $1M to $75M across diverse sectors including multifamily housing, senior living, retail, industrial, site work, and more.
Known for his intense client focus, transparent communication, and proven project leadership, Ethan sets the standard for excellence throughout every phase of a build. He holds a BS in Construction Management and Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE), class of 2013.
Aaron Fosha
Aaron Fosha, co-founder of Fozeman Construction, brings more than a decade of commercial construction experience to the team. A third-generation commercial construction superintendent, Aaron has built a strong foundation across a wide range of sectors, including multi-family, senior living, retail, sitework, childcare, and multi-purpose facilities. His background in both ground-up and renovation projects reflects the market versatility he brings to the company.
With extensive experience overseeing projects up to $45 million, Aaron has developed expertise in scheduling, quality control, and personnel management— skills that make him a critical leader in the daily management of field operations. Known for his dedication to safety, customer satisfaction, and relationship building, Aaron exemplifies the culture and vision that drive Fozeman Construction.
Aaron earned his B.S. in Construction Management and Business from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2019. Prior to co-founding Fozeman Construction, he worked for leading national contractors, further honing the expertise he now brings to every project.
